Yes — every item is full-size. We never include sample sizes.

The vast majority of items we include are vegan (or “beegan”). We take a lot of care to choose vegan options whenever possible.

Very rarely, a box may include a non-vegan item. If you’re strictly vegan and want to double-check before you subscribe, email us — we’re happy to help you decide if it feels like a fit.

Yes — shipping is always free, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Your first box is a welcome box, and it usually ships shortly after you sign up. Once it’s on the way, you’ll get tracking by email.

If you ever want help checking timing, just email us — we’re happy to take a look.

Monthly boxes typically ship between the 10th and 14th each month. You’ll always get tracking when your box heads out.

Renewals run on the 21st for the following month’s box — for example, you’re charged on January 21st for your February calmbox.

Yes. When your box ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

Yes. If you need to update where your next box is going, you can do it from your account — or just email us and we’ll help.

If a box has already shipped, it may be too late to reroute — but email us anyway. We’ll do our best to help.

If you’d like, you can also turn on auto-renew for gifts so they keep going after the prepaid portion ends (on your card).

It simply means you’re signing up to receive a set number of boxes (6 or 12). You’re charged monthly, and you’ll keep receiving a box each month during that commitment.

The upside: you get a discounted rate each month, and you keep that discounted rate even after the commitment ends (as long as you stay subscribed). Commitment plans also unlock our best welcome offers, like a $19 first box or a doubled first box when available.

Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled anytime.

If you’re on a plan with a commitment, canceling before you’ve received all committed boxes comes with an early cancellation fee. We keep this straightforward — and if you’re unsure what applies to you, email us and we’ll walk you through it.

Your subscription continues month-to-month at your special discounted rate, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

Yes. You can skip whenever you need — it’s there for the months where you just want a little more breathing room.

Yes — you can delay your next charge when you need a little extra time.

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll email you with a simple way to update your payment method. Once it’s updated, you’re all set and your boxes can keep flowing.

Gifts are prepaid. You choose the length, add a message if you’d like, and we handle the rest. The recipient never has to enter payment info.

If you’d like, you can also turn on auto-renew so the gift keeps going after it ends (on your card).

With an email gift, we send a gift email and the recipient enters their shipping address when they’re ready.

With direct ship, you enter the shipping address during checkout and we ship directly to them.

Yes. Any gift can be scheduled — email gifts and direct-ship gifts. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because”.

No. Gift subscriptions are prepaid, and the recipient is never charged to receive the gifted boxes.
