What's in each calmbox?
Every calmbox includes 5-8 mindfully chosen items to help with calm: inspiring books, music, tea, candles, natural minerals and crystals, aromatic herbs, motivational reminders, physical de-stressers, and much more. We find a new theme every month, like meditation, stress relief, or living in the present moment, and deliver a box to your door to help you live a calmer, more peaceful life.
When will I receive my calmbox?
Your calmbox will ship the 6th-10th every month! Our cutoff date is the end of the month, so your first box is typically the upcoming month's box - e.g. if you sign up in June, your first box will be the July box shipping in early July.

Note: some months we sell out early, so please check "When will my first calmbox ship?" below to know the exact date of your first shipment. As soon as we ship your box, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We have extra February boxes in stock, so all orders placed by February 15th will receive the February box as their first calmbox!
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world that USPS delivers to. Shipping is free to the U.S., $10 to Canada, and $15 to the rest of the world.
How does calmbox gifting work?
When you gift a calmbox, you'll be asked for your recipient's email address and the date that you'd like the gift to be sent. On the date of your choice, your recipient will receive an email from us with a link to claim their box, enter their shipping address, and have their calmbox gift delivered!

If you know your recipient's shipping address and you'd like the calmbox to be shipped earlier (skipping the email claim step), make sure to set the gift recipient email as yours and a send date of today - you'll receive the claim email from us right away and will be able to enter your recipient's shipping address for them and have the gift shipped sooner!
How often/when will I be billed?
We rebill once a month, on the 14th. If you ordered your box prior to the 14th of the month, you won't be charged twice for the same month's box. For example, if you sign up on February 8th and the February box has already shipped, your next bill date will be in mid-March.
How can I change my credit/debit card or shipping address?
Sign in to your account by clicking "Log In" above and signing in using your email and password - from there you can change the details of your account. If you have any trouble with this step, please email us.
When will my first calmbox ship?

My calmbox arrived damaged or incomplete, or it didn't arrive at all. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Email us at [email protected] right away and we'll figure something out!
How can I cancel my subscription?
We'd be sad to see you go, but it's easy to cancel anytime. If you would like to skip a month, sign into your account above, click "Edit" and choose "Skip Next Renewal". To fully cancel your subscription, please send us an email at [email protected] and we'll get it processed right away.

Please note that cancelling your subscription means that you won't be billed again, but you will still receive any boxes that you've already paid for. Subscriptions are billed on the 14th every month.
