Every calmbox includes 5-7 mindfully chosen items to help with calm: inspiring books, music, tea, candles, natural minerals and crystals, aromatic herbs, motivational reminders, physical de-stressers, and much more. We find a new theme every month, like meditation, stress relief, or living in the present moment, and deliver a box to your door to help you live a calmer, more peaceful life.

If this is your first time receiving a calmbox, we'll get your first box to your door within 2-4 business days of your order date!

If you're a repeat subscriber, your calmbox will ship between the 10th and the 14th every month! In these cases, our cutoff date is the 10th, so make sure to sign up by the 10th of the month to get that month's box.

As soon as we ship your box, you will receive an email with tracking information.

calmbox has a few plans available, so you can pick the perfect one for you. If you're signing up for a subscription for yourself, the pricing options are:

• $40/month month-to-month plan
• $35/month 6-month plan (first box for just $19)
• $32/month 12-month plan (first box for just $19)

On the 6 month and 12 month plans, after 6 or 12 months have passed, your plan continues month-to-month at your discounted rate (either $35 or $32) and can be cancelled anytime.

For gifted boxes, the plans are slightly different:

• $40 1-month gift
• $108 3-month gift (equivalent to $36/month)
• $204 6-month gift (equivalent to $34/month)

We ship anywhere in the United States, including PO boxes. Shipping is free, and we ship within 24 hours, with 1-3 day priority delivery.

When you gift a calmbox, you'll be asked for your recipient's shipping address and the date that you'd like the gift to be scheduled to be shipped around. If you don't know your recipient's shipping address, you can alternatively provide your recipient's email address and the date that you'd like the gift to be sent. On the date of your choice, your recipient will receive an email from us with a link to claim their box, enter their shipping address, and have their calmbox gift shipped out with the upcoming calmbox shipment!

We rebill once a month, on the 21st. If you ordered your box prior to the 21st of the month, you won't be charged twice for the same month's box. For example, if you sign up on February 8th, your next bill date will be in March.

Sign in to your account by clicking "Log In" above and signing in using your email and password - from there you can change the details of your account. If you have any trouble with this step, please contact us.

We'd be sad to see you go, but it's super easy to cancel. Just sign in to your account and click "Cancel Subscription" on the individual subscription page.

If you purchased a subscription with a commitment plan (discounted 6 or 12 month non-gift plans), please note that you can only cancel at the end of the commitment period. Once the period has passed, you can cancel anytime. If you cancel early, your cancellation will be automatically scheduled for the end of your commitment period.

Also note that cancelling your subscription means that you won't be billed again, but you will still receive any boxes that you've already paid for.
