First box. I don’t know how coasters or an headband/wristband set are supposed to calm me. I expected more remedies. Hopefully the next box is better.

The coaster is one of the latter: it carries a calming phrase and illustration meant to be a small daily reminder to slow down. Website is not customer friendly my box was subpar and definitely not worth what I pay a month. And it is extremely hard to cancel plus for a monthly subscription it should come monthly not every other
