This is my 1st box and I love everything in it.

I received the box today (earlier than expected). When I opened the box, the aroma in the box (from the candle) I felt a calming effect. ( I wish the candle was larger). I love the socks! I have a thing for socks and I I live in Florida- LOL! I am looking forward to using the stress reduction essentials, sleep journal and everything else that arrived in the box!
