I appreciate the variety of calming items in the box. I do feel like instructions on the foot soak would be helpful. How much of it do I use in the water? I looked online too and could not find instructions. Love the nasal inhalers and the puzzle.

I hate to give anything other than a wonderful review, but I will give MY honest thoughts.
I was not pleased, I received 6 items, the sand meditation timer, the cards and the magnet are totally not of interest to me, I am more into things that soothe smell good (even a good calm coffee if there is such), the only things of interest were the caramel wafer, the small candle and the room spray (neither of those I liked the smell of though). I did review the site they came from, the prices, I do not think some of them are worth it either. but I tried at least, I guess everyone is different!
