I hear you on wanting a heads-up. A couple of things that should help: your renewal falls on the same date every month — the 21st — which we spell out at checkout, in our FAQ, and in your sign-up emails. On top of that, we send periodic notes reminding you that you're still subscribed, plus a shipping email every time a box goes out. If those aren't reaching you, they may be landing in spam or going to an old address — please email me at help@thecalmbox.com and I'll make sure everything's pointed at the right inbox.
