I loved all the items because they help me calm down at night when I am wound up from getting home from work and cooking and paying bills. I am 62 and live by myself and come box really helps me maintain my mental health and clarity.

This has been my favorite since starting the subscription. I was on the fence about keeping the subscription but after this box I’ll give it a little bit longer. The scents of the items that have scents are great. I don’t like the eye mask scent as much but it’s not terrible. Love the gratitude jar and the coloring book!

I enjoy receiving a box to take a few minutes to unpack it like a calming ceremony. I like giving some of the items to my friends. This was my fifth box I think. I haven’t experienced any damage until this box. Very minor though. Just a couple of bent box ends but it’s not a problem. I will keep these for myself so the boxes don’t matter.I love receiving these Calm Boxes. The price is affordable and the items thoughtfully put together. I’m thinking about starting another subscription for my daughter. Thank you for founding your company.

I love the nasal Inhaler. They smell so good and just help create a calming effect. And the caramel corn with the extra added little positive words on the front. So happy.
