I really like the box, honestly. But, my first months box should've been a double box and I was disappointed on it. It didn't have as many items as I would expect for "double." This is the second month, I haven't received it yet nor can I see where it is in the shipping process. The third month will likely charge me before I receive the second months box. And the login process is a hassle. I'd really love if we could create accounts so we didn't have to log in through Gmail every time! ❤️ Hopefully this months is good. 😊

Thanks for the love for the box! A couple of real things to fix here: your first box should've been doubled, and a second box you can't track is worth chasing down. One worry I can put to rest, though — you won't be charged for your next box before this one reaches you. Our billing is built around that, so you're never paying ahead for a box you haven't received. Please email me at help@thecalmbox.com and I'll sort out the double box and find your shipment. (And I hear you on the login — easier sign-in is something we're working on.)
