I have been dealing with this for over a year . Constant charges after canceling. Only received and kept one box ! Cancelled more than once but never solved ! Again today I have received multiple charges and have tried to contact company again ! I would not even give them one star but it won’t let me do zero !

I understand how upsetting unexpected charges are, and I want to get to the bottom of this with you. A completed cancellation stops all billing on our end — we don't charge after that — so if you're still seeing charges, something isn't lining up, and it's worth figuring out exactly what happened (sometimes it traces back to a second account set up without realizing it).
