I am really disappointed with this first box that I got seem like is missing some items. I hope the second box is better because I sent my daughter a Calm box and I sent it from Me to her and I’m very sorry about this box.

The cost for Calmbox is not worth the items received. It's mostly off brand lotion, sleep mist and some tea each month. Additionally, if you sign up for a 6-12 month subscription period you have to wait it out until the end. You can't cancel it. This is not stated when you sign up.

I'm sorry the boxes haven't felt worth it to you. A couple of things I'd gently push back on, though: each box has 6-8 items, more than the few you listed, and nothing we include is off-brand — every product is chosen intentionally. On the term, the commitment length and how it can be changed are shown when you sign up, so it isn't hidden, but I'm glad to walk you through your specific options.
